WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE, OR ISN’T WHAT I ORDERED?

If you have received a damaged/defective/faulty products you did not order, please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. Please follow the steps set out below at “How do I return my order?”

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

  1. Any requests for return/exchange of any product delivered to you, including on the basis that the product received is faulty, wrong or that part of your order is missing must be made within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery. Any request for return/exchange after this period, shall not be accepted.
  2. To request a return/exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or WhatsApp 0812-4600-0030 and provide the required information:
    – Order ID.
    – Order date.
    – Order delivery date.
    – Products & quantity to be returned.
    – Reason for the return.
    – Unboxing video (unedited video). Note that this is a mandatory requirement if your request is due to wrong item, missing or incomplete items or damaged or defective goods. The video must not be edited. please see [link] for an example of how to make your video.
  3. Our customer service agent shall confirm and instruct you how to return the product to our warehouse.
  4. After those steps above have been completed, please send the products to the address provided to you by our customer service agent and send an email/WhatsApp confirmation to our customer service for:
    – The AWB (Airway Bill) number of the return package.
    – Photos of the returned package.
  5. Returned products will be inspected by our quality control team upon arrival at our warehouse.
  6. If the return product passes quality control inspection, you will receive WhatsApp confirmation requesting your valid and complete address information so that we can process the shipping from our warehouse.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING/EXCHANGING MY PRODUCT(S)?

  1. Purchase must be from www.therepublicofsvarga.com
  2. Completion of all of the steps set out above under “How do I return my order?”
  3. Return must be confirmed by our customer service. Any products received without any confirmation will not be accepted.
  4. Products must be in the original condition.
  5. Svarga’s original packaging (plastic/box) must not be removed or detached and must be in perfect condition (not removed/damaged).
  6. If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than material’s quality or assembly, the original product will not be accepted.
  7. We will not accept products for return/exchange which are damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc) or by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

WHEN WILL I GET BACK MY PRODUCT?

  • After products returned in accordance with the steps set out above, it is inspected by our quality control team within 7 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
  • If the returned product passes inspection, you will receive WhatsApp confirmation for your request details so that we may process your return. It is your responsibility to provide us with valid and complete information. We cannot take any action to exchange your returned product unless and until we receive clear information and contact.
  • Once we receive your valid and complete information, your return will take up to 7 business days. If the provided information is invalid/no further confirmation, your return will be delayed.
  • Please note that the time taken for a shipping service provider to deliver your return products can vary depending upon the courier you will choose. WILL YOU COVER MY SHIPPING/DELIVERY COSTS IF I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT(S)?

We will cover full shipping charges if product received is faulty, wrong or that part of your order is missing due to our error in packing. Other than that, the shipping cost of product/products exchange due to customer request (changing size, colors, levels, or etc.) will be fully covered by customers.
